Mental Health Occupational Therapy

My areas of interest are:

• Anxiety Disorders, Anxiety and Money, Depression, Grief and loss, Self-esteem & Confidence Building, and Stress Management.

• Experience working with adults 18+, with a special interest in the 18-25 youth age group.

• Helping clients work on the following skill development: Mindfulness, Stress Management Skills, Interpersonal & Social Skills, Communication Skills, Goal Setting Skills, Coping with Anxiety, Coping with Depression, Self worth and Acceptance, Healthy Living, Healthy Relationships and Self-Care Skills.

Appointments are:

• Appointments are currently $200 for 50 minutes.

• The Fulfilment Project offers individual sessions, with both in-person and telehealth appointments available.

• Appointment Availability

  • Fridays: Variable availability

  • Monday–Thursday: Limited appointments available, subject to weekly availability

  As appointment times vary depending on existing commitments, all sessions are arranged by enquiry to ensure we can find a suitable time.

• In person sessions are held at the Inglewood Office (Room 1, Unit 3/165 Seventh Avenue INGLEWOOD 6052) on Fridays only.

• Payment of the full fee (not just the gap payment) is to be made on the day of your appointment ( payment for new telehealth clients is required before the session begins)

• Rebates are available through Medicare if you have a Mental Health Care Plan. Please speak to your GP about your eligibility for these plans. Current Medicare rebate for Mental Health Occupational Therapy for face to face or telehealth sessions as of the 31/8/2026 is $89.50.

• You may be eligible for a rebate through your health fund provider. Please check with your health fund provider if they cover “Occupational Therapy”. If they do I can provide you with a receipt which you can submit to them.

• I no longer provide NDIS services. My practice focuses on mental health occupational therapy for privately funded and Medicare clients.

• Payment methods accepted are cash, direct deposit, debit and credit card.
