I am a Mental Health Occupational Therapist in Perth providing therapy and counselling in the community and online, supporting people in enhancing their emotional, psychological, and functional well-being. My goal is to help you manage stress, overcome anxiety, and build the skills necessary to improve daily functioning- whether at work, home, or in social settings. By focusing on both mental health and functional capabilities, I empower you to live a more balanced, fulfilling life.

We’ll work together to develop practical strategies that allow you to regain control of your emotional health, build resilience, and improve your daily functioning- whether you're managing stress, anxiety, or other emotional challenges.
Mental Health Care Plans are accepted and private clients are welcome. In-person sessions available in Perth. Online therapy available Australia-wide.
